NOTICE TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS
CANCELLATION OF FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS AND EDUCATION AND AWARENESS SESSIONS
As you are aware, the President has announced measures in light of COVID-19 to contain the effect and prevent the spread in the country, and it is our responsibility as public and private entities to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on our economy and citizens. Please take note of the following changes to our services applicable with immediate effect:
Face to Face Interactions
No face to face meetings or educational and awareness sessions such as workshops, seminars and conferences will be held in or outside the Commission offices, irrespective of the size of the session or the number of participants.
Video and/or Teleconferencing
All essential meetings will be held through video and/or teleconferencing facilities to ensure that service delivery is not negatively impacted. We have contacted some stakeholders and clients and are in the process of contacting others for meetings that were already scheduled, which will now be held through video and or teleconferencing.
These measures are with immediate effect until further notice.
