The Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B -BBEE) Commission's annual conference, which will focus on state procurement, grants, incentives, licensing and concessions as a means to achieve real economic transformation and provide black people with access to opportunities.
The event is primarily aimed at accounting, procurement and chief operating officers in all spheres of government, state owned entities and the private sector. The event provides a discussion platform to improve the effectiveness of state procurement to achieve the objectives of the B-BBEE Act.
