The breakfast session was aimed at presenting and discussing the National State of Transformation based on the study we conducted in this financial year, with an update on the state of compliance with the requirements of sections 9(6), 10(2) and 13G of the B-BBEE Act.
The breakfast session is aimed at executive leaders and strategic officials in JSE listed companies, close corporations, companies, state owned entities, organs of state, verification professional agencies, as well as business associations, labour organisations and civil society movements.
